Nate was quick to respond, and even came out to take a look within 24 hours of speaking with him. I asked him about a dozen different issues, all of which he was very familiar with and addressed how he would perform the respective repair. Fast forward a few months, I had a leaking hose bib that no matter what, I could not stop a steady drip. I became increasingly concerned as ice started to accumulate. Again, I called Balkan Plumbing/Nate and he was at my house the next day. He performed the repair right then and there (was more involved than we thought - about a 2 hour job due to previous owner deferring the required repair). I sent him a picture and he gave me a quote which did not change once he arrived for the job. I asked him a lot of questions by text about water heater brands and he always responded quickly. The job was fast, maybe 1.5 hours. Price was very fair. This is a two-person company, so they do not have a huge mark-up unlike the mainstream plumbers you see advertised.
